Selinsgrove Champion Rine Picks Up Win #8

Jeff Rine demonstrated why he clinched the 2007 late model track championship when he drove to his eighth win of the season in the 25-lap late model main event. On the 17th lap, tenth-place starter Jeff Rine advanced to second and began to reel in the leader. Rine secured the lead on the 19th circuit with a pass coming off turn two.

4th PPMS Victory for Steve Baker

The Fairmont, WV "Rim Rider" Steve Baker grabbed his fourth win of the season in the Hoosier Mid-Atlantic Late Model feature... On the lap 12 restart, 12th starting Baker made his move, splitting the two leaders and taking the top spot. From there on it was all Baker as he pulled away for the win. It was Baker's 30th career Late Model win.

Jason Keltner Captures Win at Ponderosa Speedway

Jason Keltner of Campbellsville, KY captured his first Good Neighbor Pharmacy Super Late Model feature event win of the season on Friday night at Ponderosa Speedway. It was the second-generation racer's first career win at "Kentucky's Baddest Bullring."
The Good Neighbor Pharmacy Super Late Model would see outside polesitter Jason Keltner jump to the top spot at the drop of the green flag, with Jordan Bland and Johnny Wheeler battling for second, while Donald Rayborn and Bobby Carrier, Jr. dueling for fourth. Bland would settle into second, while Rayborn would take the fourth spot, as Keltner slowly pulled at the point by lap 5. Rayborn would reel in third place Wheeler and the pair would settle into a side-by-side battle for third for several laps, until disaster struck Rayborn when he made contact with an infield tire barrier on lap 13 and spun his mount in turn one, but would be able to continue. Back underway, Keltner again pulled away from the pack, while Wheeler began to pressure Bland for second, with the battle for fourth heating up amongst Carrier, Jr., Tyrel Todd, and Rayborn. With Keltner continuing to pull away up front, Wheeler would take the second slot from Bland on lap 21, while Carrier, Jr. had won the battle for fourth. Keltner would see the checkered flag first and take a first-ever feature victory at "The Pond" aboard the Terry Keltner owned, Keltner Contracting/Rent Depot/Huber Amusements/Calhoun Concrete/Arizona Sport Shirts/Wayne Bowen Racing Supply sponsored #0 C.J. Robbie Blair Gets Payback With Lernerville Win

Less than 24 hours after a disappointing end to the 35 lap feature on #1 Cochran Stars of NASCAR Night, Robbie Blair won the 25 lap Friedman's Freshmarkets Late Models feature. Blair, (#WON11 of Centerville), had fast time and finished second in the race last night. Tonight, Blair would not be denied. Starting from the sixth position, Blair patiently made his way to the front, taking the lead on lap 13. Blair also won his heat race.

Jeff Rine Takes Checkers for Sixth Time at Selinsgrove

In the 25-lap late model feature, Jeff Rine of Danville continued his domination of the division by capturing his sixth win of the season.
Ninth-place starter Jeff Rine rocketed into second on the fourth lap. On the lap six restart, Rine made the winning pass by using the outside lane off of turn two. Once in front of the pack, Rine checked out from the field. In the final laps of the race, Rine led by more than half-a-track. At the finish, Rine was victorious by 10.2 seconds.
